That one came out OK. Thing is, it's real scratchy. I don't know what the finest sandpaper I can get is or whether that will help.

Don't use the coarsest stone for this part (or only do 1 or 2 strokes if you do use it). Only do a couple of strokes with the next finest stone. The majority of this work will be with the finest stone.
